"Designers are forgetting one major element of the design process. What do you do with broken products? You fix them." (Co.Design).
The article below laments the fact that modern tools and devices are built not only cheaply, but that they also aren't built with the years ahead in mind. And thinking about the years ahead, it's not only critical that tools are designed to last, but also that they can be repaired instead of tossed out and replaced if something happens. This strategy is not only cost saving for us as consumers, but its also more sustainable for the environment.
And that's precisely what we were thinking when we designed the WG Grill. We wanted to make sure that it would not only last, but that it's the last grill you buy. If something crazy happens outside of warranty coverage, don't worry. We are committed to creating replacement parts and a repair kit so that your grill stays with you for the long haul.
Of course, that doesn't absolve us from having to build something that's awesome and enduring, so fear not!
