Update #5- Final photographs

Hi! First off, thanks for the patience. I'd could explain the delay but I'll save the typing. I'm just really excited to push out this image and keep this bad kitten moving.

Without further ado....

I'm so thankful you all helped make this happen. Finishing this image last night I let out a rather loud Bart Simpson-esque "COOL!" and cannot be happier with how this looks.

Image done, now on to production.

First round of prints will be the big single can prints and postcards (postcards will be test runs!) I will be sending funding level emails to get addresses. Next will be the posters. They'll be more work as each soup can will need to color corrected. No one likes bluish Clam Chowder...

Cheers,

Lindsey

Half way through the photoshoots

Hi guys,

As promised, here's a sample image of the first half of completed soup photos. This really gives you an idea of the range of colors and shapes found in Campbell's Soup. It's been interesting to see how the ingredients already in the soup interact with the ingredients I'm using to make these stand on their own.

While I say "half way" in the headline, this still have quite a bit to go as you probably expect. My plan of attack is to get through 3/4 of the total images before I begin contacting people on prints and shipping addresses. Videos requests will come last as its important to get the images completed. This will also free up some time to do post production. Don't look too closely as this sample image, there's lots of things that need to be fixed and cleaned up (inconsistencies with ingredients, molding lines, and yes... dog hair!).

If you want to read a bit more on what's happening behind the scenes, hop on to my blog.

Thanks again and we'll chat again soon.
