Issues we have are localizing our app in different languages/currencies, different standard paper size in EU and US (a piece of paper is used to give us your exact foot size) - and as we manufacture and ship from our own facility in SD, we have a lot to learn on taxes to send our product across borders. So we are learning - and hope to have this updated soon! Thanks for your OVERWHELMING push for this! It has been great to see.

At this time - no. We have optimized the camera system for iPhone 5 and above, with iOS 8.1 or above. We are planning on optimizing for iPad in the future!

Once we have been successfully funded and the campaign comes to a close, we will have access to the emails of our backers, and will start to send out promo codes one by one to complete your purchase. Please watch out for notes from us via Kickstarter, and then later an email. Someone form our Care team will be right there by your side to help you to complete your app flow if you need it!

Great question! We manufacture our products in our own San Diego facility, and are paying VERY close attention to our capacity in order to deliver on our promises. We can only manufacture - and prep for shipping - a certain number of pairs every day. Therefore - we are watching carefully as backers come in to be sure that we can ship on time! As a note - you will see us adding more tiers in new months as we get to certain capacity issues each months:)

We have had a series of questions regarding some very common foot issues. The short answer to the 3 conditions above is 'yes'. Through our work with the Wiivv 100 over the past 6 months, we have had great examples of reduction or elimination for many of these ailments.

One key point is that those with flat feet will not have 'correction' to increase their arch, but they will experience increased comfort with BASE insoles in their shoes.

If you have a very serious foot condition - we do recommend that you go to a specialist to investigate whether a corrective orthotic is a better option for you.
