Risks and challenges

Thanks to more than 15 structural / mechanical prototypes and 8 electronic boards prototypes, our last Robby is "ready to sell".

Our challenge will be more about production. Producing hardware can sometimes be harsh. We have to take precaution to avoid them :

-Except some specific parts (like wheels or card component) Robby uses common, easy to get components that can be easily purchased in large quantities. Kickstarter founds will help us to construct a reliable stock and to make more reliable some process with our suppliers.

-We will try to keep an in-house production. We will directly control the manufacturing process and the quality of finished kits.

-However we need Kickstarter founds to outsource some parts of the production.

Don't worry. We promise we'll keep our backers updated about any issues that may arise !
