Hi everyone!

Tomorrow is the beginning of PAX Aus! We're really excited to be showing off the game to so many people, but we also want to share a bit of the experience with all of you. To that end, we've uploaded a copy of the PAX build so you can download and play it!

There are a couple of issues that you can read about in the read me file, we've got workarounds for them on our machines but they might cause issues for you. Hopefully it will work for most of you!

We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments, but we won't have a chance to respond to anything until late next week when we're back in the office.

Twitch Stream

We're going to be on Twitch's official PAX AUS stream tomorrow at 3pm AEST. Tune in to watch us play through three levels of the game!

Shout-Outs For Our Friends!

Some friends of ours who are spectacularly awesome people have hit some significant milestones in the development of their games. Please check them out and give them your support if you like what you see.

The Incredible Journey of You and I

How good does that look! Our friends at Shy Kid's Club have just put the game up on Steam Greenlight. Jump over and give them a vote if you'd like to see the game on Steam!

BEARZERKERS

Our great friends Wildgrass Games have just launched BEARZERKERS on Steam Early Access! We've been watching them make the game for the last couple of years and can confidently tell you the game is a blast! Jump over and check out this kick-ass game!

As always, thank you for being there for us, all of this wouldn't have been possible without your support. You're all ace.

Was there at PAX Aus today, and went past briefly. Saw plenty of people playing the demo there, and even more watching it being played. XD

We're just in the process of uploading new builds with a few fixed bugs.

Thanks guys! Glad you enjoyed it! For Mac users, there is an issue with the default Mac unzipping program. Try downloading a 3rd party program like Winrar (http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm) and unzipping it with that. I'll add it to the read me in a second.
It happens when the archive is made with a windows PC.

Mac build didn't open for me on OS X 10.11.1.

Thanks for the nice surprise in the form of such an early build! It was very fun to play, and the third fight in particular had a lot of tactical depth. The mechanics feel quite solid, as does the writing and the intriguing setting. The interaction with the horse may be a bit cliche, but it made me smile, so thumbs up for that, too.

Overall, I can only say that I'm now definitely looking forward for more!

I'm pleased to report that the Linux build runs just fine.

It doesn't open properly on my Mac! I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch from mid 2012. I'm running OS X 10.9.5, that might be why.

I was really looking forward to trying it out! :(

Quite a cool DemoBuild, espacially the third combat encounter is quite challenging...
...already feels a lot like banner saga but isn´t able so far to reach that level of quality yet. VERY interested in upcoming updates...
