WebcamBlocker is a device which mechanically covers the built-in equipment cameras such as tablets and laptops by equipping them with a safety cover which functionally prevents any unauthorized or illicit recording of any image or video.

Covering the camera using WebcamBlocker allows the critical parental -or supervisory- control necessary when minors use computer equipment. Also this patented device controls more effectively who can use the camera whether used at home, school or business through a simple step.
WebcamBlocker is easy to install (see our video above) and its adhesive tape allow a firm grip without damaging the surface of your computer or tablet. Once installed, your kids can't use the webcam without the magnetic key, so they will be completely safe in front of the webcam.
Risiken und Herausforderungen
We have invest a lot of time and money in the development of WebcamBlocker and in its intellectual property (remember that our device is patented worldwide!)...and now it's time to launch it!
The prototypes work really well, and we have previously worked with the manufacturer and should not have any problem in that regard. Even the packaging is almost ready. We have spent so many time working in the project before start the campaign, so we expect to start the shipments in july.
