Gothique Playing Cards is the second set in a series of 3 sets of playing cards based on an old French style called 'Paris Pattern'. So far, I have completed the Spades and Hearts of both colors and plan to finish up the rest throughout the life of the project.
Gothique will be printed by QP Group, a reputable game manufacturer for over 30 years. With an aggregate production floor area of 647,000 square feet, a skilled workforce of some 4,000 people and some of the most modern day high tech equipment and certifications in the world. I am confident that the QP Group will deliver a product you will be happy with.
The cards will be printed on 310gsm French Casino playing card stock with a black liner and a linen finish for that professional play and feel. I need your support to get this project funded so these cool cards can be brought into the world and into your hands.
Our first set in the series, called Zombie Black and Zombie White, has been printed and delivered. If you would like to read about the project and the great comments left by our supporters, you can check them out at the project site HERE.
NOTE: Due to a misinterpretation in translation, the decks are now titled Lumières and Ténèbres.

The Black Box Playing Card Brand is a mark placed on a deck of cards to signify that these cards are made to be used and played with. We love to collect cards and see all the great designs people come up with, but many times, an awesome design does not make for a good playing card, it makes for a good collectors piece.
Black Box Playing Cards are made with games in mind. From the large Pips to the casino quality card stock, these cards are just begging to be used in your next card game. Take all that and wrap it up in a cool design, and you have a Black Box Playing Card deck.
In addition, every Black Box Playing Card deck will come with an official Black Box Playing Card game to give you more variety at your game table. So keep those collector cards in your display case and bring your Black Box Playing Cards with you to your next game night.
From the Zombie Project, I would like to present you the full rules to Grave Digger. Grave Digger is a push you luck game where each player acts as 1 of 4 Grave Diggers in a race to beat a curse that causes the dead to rise. All you will need is a deck of cards, and 12 six sided dice.
New to this project, may I present to you the base game of Deck Wars. Deck Wars is a game of odds where each player controls their Commander and Soldier cards in an effort to have the most victories. Deck Wars is a quick and easy game to learn and makes a great filler game for 2+ players. Another great thing about Deck Wars is that no one is waiting around for another player to go, because everyone takes their turn at the same time!

Risks and challenges
With any project there are risks due to unforeseen circumstances with production. There is also the possibility of the project growing larger than expected, though this would be a good thing, it could possibly delay delivery times. With a successful project under my belt now, I feel much more prepared with what to expect. If you have any concerns or questions what so ever, please do not hesitate to send me a message on Kickstarter or email me at email@example.com.
Thank you for your support!
