Two Weeks to Go + NYC Fundraiser + Fellow Creators Doing Good Things

Hi friends! Here's our latest update!

We've got about 14 days to go in our Kickstarter. We truly appreciate your pledge and support for V Marks the Shop. We ask that you please continue to share this campaign with your communities. We need a bit of love to get us to our goal.

We're having our first fundraiser for V Marks the Shop at VSPOT Organic Restaurant in NYC on December 28th at 6:30pm! It'll be an evening of fun, food and community as we come together to make our shop happen for Philly, NYC and beyond!

While you enjoy VSPOT's famously delicious empanadas, we'll have goodie bags, raffle prizes and great vegan products to try & buy!

If you're in town, we look forward to seeing you on December 28th!

Here are some cool projects we love on Kickstarter! If you can show them a bit of love, that would be great!

Proboscidea – The emotional lives of elephants

Kickstarter Link: http://bit.ly/proboscideabook

Hamish and his team have produced a beautiful photography book to inform and inspire, to bring people closer to Asian elephants through positive and emotive imagery with accessible text. Their book will be printed on recycled paper, in Germany under fair conditions. You will be supporting a green, eco friendly, non-profit product for the good of Asian elephant conservation and preservation. Any profits made after production costs have been covered will go to the Elephant Transit Home (ETH) where a lot of the images in the book were taken. The money will be spent directly on either much-needed veterinary equipment or other essential needs. This is a wonderful book for ages young and old. 'Support this book – support Asian elephants' is their message. Their campaign runs until the 23rd of December, 2015.
