I’ve got good news and bad news!
The bad news: WATCHme Kickstarter campaign won’t be funded…
The good news: A backup plan is in motion!
Thanks to your encouraging messages, I won’t let the WATCHme die.
So here’s the plan: With 300 backers I can fund the injection molds, BUT I’m bound to increase the retail price (for example, a white WATCHme will cost €29,90 instead of €19).
I hope you understand it’s a matter of survival.
Because of this setback I also need to postpone the estimated delivery (I’ll do my best to ship before Christmas, but I cannot guaranty it)
So if you’re still interested to adopt a WATCHme, you can order it on my website:
Sincerely,
Vivien
One more thing: Get 10% off orders €80 or more with coupon code FMQVE7K
At this rate, the WATCHme won't survive.
So here's my new campaign:
Don't forget you can alway share on social networks:
Thanks for your support,
Vivien
For big families or retailers interested in carrying WATCHme in their stores.
You can choose one of the existing color for each WATCHme inside the box.
Hi everyone,
This morning I received this message from Evan Killham journalist at Cult of Mac:
"Hi Vivien,
Thanks for the note! I wrote up the WatchMe stand in a post yesterday (http://www.cultofmac.com/330101/minion-like-apple-watch-stand-is-so-cute-its-creepy/). But while researching it, I found something a little weird.
I saw this posting on another crowdfunding site, and I'm wondering if it's you.
[...]
I don't think it is; it's the wrong country and name, but it uses your pictures and copy, so I'm pretty sure it's a scam.
-Evan"
Here is a capture of the counterfeit:
Hopefully no-one funded it yet!
