Who We Are
Our 30 years combined experience, backed by dozens of patents and multiple international design awards are great reasons to consider Vito Design USA. Beyond this, however is our commitment to understanding consumers’ needs, leveraging the potential of manufacturing, utilization of emerging technologies, and understanding the power of brand. We work each day to integrate these priorities into each project from concept through to manufacturing and beyond.

International Shipping and Customs Details
If, for any reason (i.e. earthquake, shipping, tariffs, etc.), we do not feel we will be able to deliver products to any of our backers, we reserve the right to refund your pledge in full after our campaign.
We estimate to begin shipping to our international backers by August 2019.
Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you decline to pay the duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to us). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for replacement shipments.
Please back us and share our campaign with your friends and family!
Risks and challenges
Risks and challenges
We know very well how to prepare for the product development process and how to deal with problems that may occur in any stage. We made our business plan accordingly. Designing, prototyping, and testing were finally finished after many iterations. We have suppliers and vendors that we have been working with for more than 10 years.
At this point, there is just one hurdle left: production. Creating the molds and manufacturing the components can be challenging. Thankfully, we have identified some top-tier factory partners who can produce our kits with a very quick turnaround time.
In order to bring the cost down to an affordable amount, we have to order at least 1,000 kits from the manufacturer. To get there, we are counting on you.
We believe in transparency and promise to always keep you updated on the process. And we’ll try to answer all your questions on time.
