Risks and challenges
We strive to do our best to keep our backers up-to-date with all the latest news on the project. We use Kickstarter updates and social media to keep you as informed as possible as to the status of your items. However, in this business, some uncertain and ever-changing factors are beyond our control, such as holiday work schedules, customs, quality control, inspection delays, inclement weather and dock strikes and few other issues. Try as we might, we have little to no control over these issues. However, we assure you that you will be the first to know if any delays are going to happen, as we learn them.
We ship your item or items to you through various fulfillment partners located around the world. We do this to keep expenses as low as possible and we pass those savings on to you. That is why we offer great shipping rates on our projects.
Even though we work with excellent fulfillment partners, shipping issues, while uncommon, can sometimes occur. Our quality control team double-checks each product for damage before sending them out. However, there is a small chance that your items may get damaged during shipping. If your package is damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.
