March Update, We Are Shipping!
As mentioned in our February update, we are pleased to announce that we are starting mass production on March 28th and will soon ship out the final goods to you!!
During test production in the middle of March, we found some more small issues that required refining the mold and updating the firmware. This caused about a week delay in beginning actual production. Instead of the 20th, as planned last month, we will start mass production assembly from tomorrow and expect to ship out the first batch of 500 units on March 30th. After that, we will continue production for about two weeks. By mid-April we expect to complete shipping to all backers.

Your reward will be delivered to you safely and securely via global express courier with insurance and a tracking number. Please be aware it will take us a few working days after the shipping beings to send the tracking number to you. The goods will arrive within one to four weeks depending on where you live. We are shipping out of Hong Kong and due to the Easter holiday there the first week of April it might take a couple more days to process. We will get the tracking number to you individually via the e-mail and you can track where your parcel is.
Color Version: Silver
We have tried several methods of the silver coating and finally decided on the best method. The coating is applied with a special electroplating process which does not interfere the signal and is more durable than ordinary coatings and won’t come off from daily use. It came out to look very sexy and shiny.
2 Year Warranty
As promised as a stretch goal, Kickstarter backers will be covered by a two-year warranty instead of a one year warranty even though the manual contained in the package states the goods are covered by one year warranty. Please contact us via the contact information indicated in the manual when you need the support.
Apt-X Low Latency
As promised as a stretch goal, we have deployed Apt-X, the latest codec for Android users. This codec can be used when your Andriod phone supports it and you will get better sound than the standard codec (SBC). We have also supported Apt-X Low Latency which will work with Android phones that specifically support the Low Latency codec version. The Low Latency codec has superior transmission speed over the standard Apt-X. We have found that while the Low Latency feature is faster than the standard codec, it might not be as fast as possible with the true wireless earphones since the firmware adds a tiny amount of buffering time to sync between left-side and right-side. We will continue to investigate that and what we can do to improve the latency aspect with a future firmware update.
