VFE Pedals launches the epic Klein Bottle on Kickstarter

Thank you for your support of VFE Pedals on Kickstarter! We wanted to let you know about an epic pedal called the Klein Bottle that is now on Kickstarter.

The Klein Bottle was designed for the noise makers, soundscape artists, endless tinkerers and tone wizards. This epic pedal starts by splitting the input signal into three FX loops. Each FX loop has dedicated controls for pre-gain, HPF/LPF (bandwidth filters), and main mix level. This allows you to send different parts of the signal to different effects, and blend them all back together to create new tones out of your existing pedals.

But wait, there's more! The magic happens when you use the independent feedback controls to send the signal from one FX loop into another...and then back again! Keep your existing tone in tack with the DRY knob, while layering a cornucopia of sonic goodness on top.

One more chance to get an original VFE Pedal

We discontinued the entire VFE lineup in August 2016, so VFE founder Peter Rutter could focus more on his new teaching job at IDEA High School in Tacoma, WA. To help us reach our goal of $20,000, these pedals are being made available one more time - exclusively through this Kickstarter campaign.

VFE Pedals Junior Series Update #9

Stock Junior Series now shipping

The 6 retail models of Junior Series pedals with the stock graphics are now shipping. This includes the Alpha Dog, Blueprint, Bumblebee, Enterprise, Old School, and White Horse Junior. If you selected the stock graphic for any of these pedals, you should expect to see the pedal in the mail early next week (longer for international backers). If you would like to change your selection to the stock graphics, please let us know right away.

If you selected one of the artist-submitted graphics, those details are still being worked out with a local print shop. I had a template all completed with cut lines, but unfortunately it was not compatible with their system. We are working this out, and in the worst-case scenario, we will simply cut the stickers by hand. Everything is still on pace for shipment by the end of March, but we are definitely cutting it close!

Enterprise phaser Kickstarter & more

Many of our pedals are selling out quick, so we need to get a jump start on the next version for several pedals. The primary focus of this Kickstarter is for the version 2 Enterprise phaser, but there are many crossover parts that we can offer backers the first off the line of several other pedals, weeks & sometimes months before they will be made available in stores.

Look for the project video & rundown of the Enterprise phaser soon...should be done in the next 24 hours! Click the link below to see the Enterprise Kickstarter:

FYI, all the Junior Series pedals include the Dual-Mode switching chip, but the circuit around it won't be optimized for the new type of switching (won't be as smooth) until a later date. So you will get the bonus of having the option of momentary switching, but it won't be the full Dual-Mode switching we plan to introduce in a couple more months.

Thank you again for all your support!
