Vessel is almost ready to our first FULL LENGTH ALBUM in your hand.. Please help us make it happen!
We are so pumped to be this far in the process. We recorded our entire album at Thundering Sky Records in South Berwick Maine. The studio is amazing and Chris Magruder, the owner and sound tech, is unmatched in this area. We were blessed to find not only an amazing studio so close to home but one run by such an easy going and professional sound tech as Chris. Over the next couple weeks we will have all the mixing and mastering finished. We've mixed two songs already and they sound perfect. We had no idea we would be able to attain this level of perfection on such a short budget. We can not wait to have a finished press and printed CD in our hands to get out to the world. We are so appreciative of everyone who comes to our shows and continues to support and encourage us.
We've been putting our hearts and soul into this project. We are so close!
The funds from this kick starter will be going to getting the CDs and Shirts Made. Any extra funds will go to help paying off the rest of our balance at the studio. We are all paid up on the recording but will need to cover the cost of the mixing and mastering.
We tried a kickstarter a few months ago before finding Thundering Sky Studios. We didnt reach our goal last time, so we set the goal a little lower in hopes to hit the mark so we can get our CD finished and in your hands.
Here is a video comprised of shots taken by Chris' wife megan durring one of the studio days. Keep in mind this track that is set to the video was UNMIXED. Which, is probably more impressive than not. The mixed tracks are so clean and amazing. The unmixed version set to this video sounds awesome as it is.. but just keep in mind when you finally have the chance to listen to our CD you will be blown away.
We are confident in our craft and know you will love this album. We will be eternally grateful for your donations, directly helping us materialize our efforts!
