Collaboration @ Cultural Centre
It was held at the Katoomba Cultural Centre in world heritage listed, Blue Mountains Australia. We had a great turn out and it was inspiring to hear the stories of Rosie and Jeff and their passion for reusing waste in creative ways. Thanks to everyone who came along to show their support for the project.
We have had more great press these past few days including an honourable mention on Upcycled Education's blog, as well as three radio interviews with local radio including one with plastic upcycling artist Francis Dutton.
We are extremely grateful to those of you that have gone far and beyond to help the spread the word on Retrash, your support and kind words inspire us to keep striving to reach our goal. We now have Retrash flyers distributed all over the world thanks to all of you listed here.
We are currently sitting at 13% of our funding goal, and we still have a long way to go. Our strategy is get listed on the 'popular' section of Kickstarter, if we can get higher up the ladder the project will be seen by more and more of the existing Kickstarter audience (which is huge!). The way we get listed on the popular section is to get as many backers as we can.
We are extremely grateful for everyone that has shared the project with family and friends, if you are looking for the best link to use to share, this is it http://kck.st/1de2gcc
All the best!
