*cough* *cough*

I mentioned last update that I'd drunk so much tea it was affecting my voice. Well, it turns out it might not be the tea, and my voice has become more fragile in the past couple of months.

So this is just to let you know that though I hoped to be releasing a podcast episode today, I'd like to find out how to get back to my usual expressive voice first. It'll probably take more than just not drinking tea. (And if you know me, you know how badly I take deprival of tea! Ask anyone who has travelled with me in America. In hotels that can make coffee, but not tea. What kind of customer service is that, I ask you?)

One of the useful perks of podcasting that you really don't think about when you begin, is that if your voice does change you can direct your GP to one of your old shows to show me what your voice *used* to sound like. And that's what happened today. It'll probably take a week or two to work out what's going on, but I'll keep you informed.
