Why use a headset that simply renders audio and visual information for a passive immersion, when you can have one that is able to track your facial expression and interpret your very emotions?

With built-in face tracking cameras and sensor capable of capturing the users facial expressions and emotions, and transferring them in real time into the digital world – Veeso approach to Virtual Reality is a revolution.
A first of its kind, our headset and software allows users to not only communicate with one another in VR; but to emote.
Not only will you be able to access and play with the thousands of virtual reality games and content available on the market; here are a few of the innovations that Veeso will bring to the VR world:
Become the protagonist of your favourite games by transferring your facial expressions onto any character in the virtual world, in real-time.
Interact and communicate with your friends, with realistic facial expressions and emotions, through in the most advanced and fun VR social networks.
Get unprecedented insight into your emotional journey whilst spending time in the VR environment, by effectively tracking and recognising signs of stress, fatigue and tiredness.
At this stage Veeso is a functioning prototype, capable of capturing a variety of user's facial expressions through the two cameras pointed at the eyes/eyebrows and mouth/jaw.
Our headset is then able to communicate the tracking data to the mobile device, via Bluetooth; with the mobile device then only having to render the given inputs into a selected 3D avatar, in real time.
For usability testing, in this demonstartion we use a power cable to power the headset processor; but the final product that will be available to you will come with an integrated battery-pack and be fully wireless.
As shown in the video, both the tracking technology and the avatar interpretation are still not perfect, and further work will be needed in order to have the technology be able to adapt to every typology of face; but we are having encouraging results, and with your support we will achieve the desired goal.
The essence of VR is that inclusive relationship between the participant and the virtual environment, where the direct immersion, contact and interaction amongst other people become an experience that, although fantastical, feel more real than reality.
Through the unique application of the cameras and sensors in the Veeso headset, digital avatars within the VR environment are then able to faithfully reflect all the facial expressions and emotions that the users are communicating in the real world.
With your support Veeso aims to create unique and rich social interactions, with characters and environments which are emotional, warm, sensitive, personal and intimate. An experience so real that will be able to fully submerge the perceptual system of the users and transport them to another place.

But it doesn’t end there… We understand that without fun and engaging content, innovative technology can only go so far; that is why with your support, on top of the Veeso headset, we will release a minimum of ten custom-built applications and games in the first 6 months of the product being delivered to you!
From an immersive social network that will let you interact with your family and friends whilst taking command and controlling hundreds of colourful avatars directly with your facial expression – to a poker App where to bluff you will really have to control your emotions! - to a Charade game – to a fitness App - to an interactive Chess Game and many more!
We are also working in partnership with the European School of Economics to deliver the World’s first undergraduate and postgraduate degree curses fully through Virtual Reality.
But most importantly, your support will allow us to continue approaching existing publishers of popular VR content, and collaborate with them in upgrading such content to Veeso’s unique technology. It’s the beginning of a revolution.. be part of it!

Riesgos y desafíos
There is always risk in building hardware, such as potential unexpected delays in materials or some other errors that may occur . Developing a product is a complex combination of engineering tasks, working within a manufacturer's capacity, coordinating the availability of parts, and making sure they get delivered on time to the manufacturer.
Delays can occur at any stage in the process: from sourcing components to factory test runs, and manufacturing runs. Therefore we'll ask for your patience and offer all the support we can.
We however believe to have taken all appropriate steps to minimize the risks of a delayed shipment and feel very confident in our ability to keep our word on delivering all products on the promised timeline.
We will be in communication with you every step of the way and alert you to any unexpected challenges.
