Unbreakable is an art exhibition comprised of life-size hand painted artwork and art installations created by the artist and IDF veteran, Tomer Peretz.
The work presented in this exhibition was inspired by Tomer’s personal experience, while serving in the Israeli army, and stories of other soldiers and citizens, which Tomer felt should be shared with the world.
Unbreakable exposes the complex reality of the soldiers by revealing their constant battle between love and hate, joy and sorrow, life and death. This exhibition will serve as a unique tool allowing people all over the world to see a side of our soldiers that has never been seen before, in addition to allowing them to experience the battlefield in the most authentic and creative way possible.
The IDF soldiers are just an example for the price we pay for freedom, therefore we want to reach out to all walks of life; every race, every nationality, every religion, every person who's been a soldier, every person who's interested in seeing the other side of the story and every person who enjoys fine art.
With your support we would be able to debut Unbreakable in a 15,000-sqft space on October 2012, in Los Angeles, CA. Your support will allow us to reach the potential of this exhibition and become an internationally acclaimed, breathtaking and eye opening event.
We appreciate all of your inquires, ideas and support and we look forward to sharing this experience with you!

Please keep in mind- Every little bit helps!!
Tomer Peretz has been mesmerizing people around the world with his artwork since he was a young boy growing up in Jerusalem. His incorporation of warm colors, and his use of oil and acrylic paints, has an astonishing effect in bringing out the distinctiveness of his subjects. Tomer’s style has often been compared to the great Pop Artist, Andy Warhol, because of his use of art as commentary on society and culture. Using a variety of media, including oil and acrylic painting, photography, and furniture design, Peretz expresses his unique and contemporary point of view. His breadth of work spans contemporary art, pop art, religious art, portraiture, and animation.
Over the years,
Tomer has received many private portrait commissions for celebrities across the
world. His artwork has been featured in over 40 exhibitions and galleries
throughout Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Israel.
A passionate philanthropist, Tomer was a featured artist at the Hollywood Love Cures Cancer, where he donated his paintings in support of their cause. In Tel-Aviv, Tomer hosted an art show in order to raise funds for Giving Hope, a charity that supports children with cancer.
Tomer has been planning Unbreakable for years. He has already accomplished several oversized installations and paintings to be featured. His work featured in this exhibition expresses both pain and heroism.
“I'm not trying to save the world, or to say who is right. I just want to show the other side of the story that has never been seen before.”
