Risks and challenges
This is the 3rd crowdfunding campaign so far. We managed to make it on time delivery every time. xArm is more complex than uArm, but we have applied our previous manufacturing experience in xArm campaign and now we are confident that we have done everything possible to minimize risks and challenges to xArm's Kickstarter backers. We care about our backers as you supported us all the way.
The prototypes are completed. We do have started the pilot run production. We’re currently ramping up at our factory and are ready to meet the estimated delivery times. We do not expect any changes to shipment, product or availability.
With our previous comprehensive product and production testing, we are confident to deliver our backers a low-risk, high-quality product on time.
Backers will be responsible for paying shipping fees, customs and duties, depending on where you live.
