The creators of ELEMENTOS:
Bring you FINAL ACT:
Final Act was born from a challenge.
Designer Sharon Katz was a tank commander—for real. One of his army buddies (who also liked games), challenged him to create a game that captured the spirit of maneuver and fire that make up a tank battle.
We wanted it to be fast and inviting, so players could dive right in, “start their engines,” and be playing and interacting, instead of reading through rules. And fun. We wanted it to be fun the first time, and compelling to try again and again. Now, after several years of intense competition (there was veteran’s honor at stake!) and tweaking and streamlining, we are ready for others to join in.
Innovative control panels make simultaneous movement fast and easy.
Final Act is a game of tactical planning, guts, and a little bit of luck!
First, join the scene:
5 A.M. Sunrise. Open desert plains. Your company awakes. A light breeze carries scents of coffee and grease. This past week your company fought hard taking its place at the division's flank, which ended with the loss of your third platoon. Today is a day of final efforts to break the enemy. You watch your men as they gather and prepare. You prepare yourself. Time for a short briefing; some final words.
Become the first commander to advance any of your tanks to the enemy's "Last Line of Defense", and pave the way to victory!
Briefing of the battle field and of Tactical Elements:
Next, an overview of a company's structure:
Briefing ends with a communications check:
Your briefing to the company is done. Final preparations are over. Time to engage!
Each commander controls 7 tanks.
Final Act is a simultaneous game, where the battle changes from scene to scene in accordance to maneuvers and firing.

A review by the Undead Viking: (a couple of the things are a bit "off", but...also this review doesn't cover advanced rules etc.). Just so you know:)
Risks and challenges
We minimized the risks and challenges by getting all the art and graphic work done (texts on the box would be edited a bit...). We came to terms with a quality manufacturer and the production line is set to go. We have also came to terms with a shipping/fulfillment operation. We will do our best to make sure this project is completed successfully. Having said that, we are aware that setbacks and mishaps might happen. FINAL ACT is our second project after our successful ELEMENTOS campaign which was delivered rather quickly. We ensure you we'll do our best to deliver on time. In efforts to do just that we have gone through several rounds of design until we reached the final size for the game boards and other cardboard pieces in an attempt to get the weight down to below 4 pounds, the final size of the box is just below 12''x12'' and 2.5'' high, which is a little smaller than the original prototype, all wooden pieces were kept the same size since they are so cool like they are. We'll keep an open connection with our backers and keep you posted on how things progress.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
