Oxymoron and ComixTribe Take NYCC By Storm!

Hey everyone!

I'm still recovering from a very successful New York Comic Con for the ComixTribe. I was joined throughout the weekend in the ComixTribe booth by John Lees (The Standard), Joe Mulvey (SCAM), Jonathan Rector (The Standard) and Cesar Feliciano (The Red Ten)...along with special guest appearances by five contributors to the Oxymoron volume 1.

Another awesome feature of the con was that there were an awful lot of people who came to the booth who backed the Oxy project, giving me a chance to thank them in person.

I printed up a small run of 30 Oxymoron Volume 1 NYCC Exclusive softcovers for the show. Unfortunately, 30 wasn't nearly enough, as we sold out complete by Friday!  If the softcover couldn't stay on the table, I can't wait to see people flip over the hardcover.

PRINTING UPDATE

The OXYMORON books are scheduled to print next week.  They'll then be shipped on the slow boat from overseas, scheduled to arrive to port in Boston late November or early December.  I've been getting all of my order-fulfillment ducks in a row, so that once the books arrive, shipping can proceed immediately.

Thanks again for all of your support in helping make the OXYMORON hardcover a reality.

Keith, the books will be packed in boxes similar to the one Amazon uses for shipping books. When I'm ready to ship, I'll show the process, and if it seems like you'll want extra protection, we can talk about options there.

Out of curiosity, How will the book be packaged when shipped. I will gladly pay extra to have the book packed in cardboard/bubble wrap so its not damaged by the careless delivery companies that will handle the package between the US and Australia.
