Two Robots is a fast-paced, strategic card game of set collection and player elimination in a far distant future. Players in the game control Salvagers with special abilities attempting to build more robots with scrap robot parts than their friends. Be the first to eliminate all players or build Two Robots, the choice is yours.

We have bundled in some unique cards for you all that will live on as Kickstarter Exclusives and won't appear ever again. We refer to these cards as Forsaken Cards. They have a different back to differentiate them and are a piece of our heart to you. These have endured thorough playtesting and vetting, but ultimately were taken out of the game in favor of other things. Because of your support, we are bringing them back, just for you!
Centuries ago, light-years away, our ancestors, the people of Earth, were faced with the seemingly impossible task of surviving the impact of a meteor larger than any other in recorded history. In spite of their previous differences toward one another and the panic prevalent across the globe, the people came together and worked toward a solution that allowed many to escape the tragedy that befell their home.
We, the people of Rennova, honor our ancestors in everything we do, for, if not for their efforts, we would not be.
Two Robots takes place after many events have already transpired. Humans banded together and left Earth after a disastrous meteor was approaching. Escaping on a ship named Perstemico, they landed on a distant planet named Rennova, and proceeded to colonize it. Along the way, high technological advancements were achieved, robots were built, and war erupted between robots. In a daring attempt to quell the disaster, humans hid underground and unleashed a Xanadranium bomb, wiping out all that was above it, or so they thought.
The year is now 2876, war has just ended, and humans are now getting back to the surface. A few robots remain, beyond them, scatters of robot parts strewn everywhere. The humans refer to these that remain as Salvagers -- and they are no ordinary robots. The radiation transformed them, unlocking powers in robots that humans never thought was possible.
Tasked now with re-building their planet, humans relied heavily on Salvagers to build Robots again from scrap parts. The fields surrounding the once great city of Radixplor were too dangerous for humans to venture, the radiation preventing them from mining precious Tenaxium to power the rebuild. The Salvagers were sent out to bring these parts back to the factories where they could be constructed into Robots once again. However, disagreements on which energy type to build first escalated conflict once again. Tribes were forming, separating themselves from other humans and Salvagers alike.

The idea for Two Robots was built from a weekly board game night that Omar hosts at his house. We originally had set out to build a fully digital version of the game, and were quite far along. The night was wrapping up, we had just finished a string of games, and that's when the lightbulb moment hit. Our game could really be fun as a tabletop game.
After that, we spent countless months calibrating and balancing the rules of the game through extensive play testing to bring you all something that we are truly proud of. If you want to see what we are up to, or get a behind the scenes look, follow us on one of our social accounts below!
We are a distributed team with a home base in Austin, Texas. All of us have worn many hats while designing and building this game. If you are ever in Austin, give us a shout and we will buy you a coffee!
Special thanks to Butch Mancuso, "The Maven" for all of his help!

Risks and challenges
While we are incredibly confident in the preparations that we have made for this project, it would be shortsighted to think that there are no risks or challenges that lie ahead. As with any game that is launching, there will be numerous problems to solve, and challenges to overcome. With that being said, the team at Two Robots is dedicated to delivering this project to all of our backers 100% on time.
We have secured all the necessary streams from manufacturing to fulfillment partners to get this game to you all as fast and as best as we can. All we need now is your support!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
