Amazing: We've raised twice our target — 64 backers still needed

Wednesday morning, a couple of new backers put us over the top of our $8,300 stretch goal, triggering a $2,000 challenge match for the Panorama project.

Thanks to Kat Robey and Jaime Diaz for bumping us over the target, and to Lara Rubio for the generous matching contribution that's helped us hit twice our initial goal!

But, our effort to take at least one photograph from every mile of the Arizona-Mexico border still needs some help. We need 64 more people to become backers of our Kickstarter before the Saturday deadline — that would trigger another $1,000 challenge pledge.

If you haven't yet backed "Panorama de la línea," please do so today — our Kickstarter deadline is coming up quickly. Whether you pitch in $1, $5, or $500, every contribution is greatly appreciated.

If you have already joined with us, spread the word and let our family, friends and colleagues know about "Panorama"! Take just a few minutes and let people know why it's important that they join in our effort to paint a vivid and accurate picture of the borderlands.

Thanks so much to all of our backers, who've invested their money in our work and taken the time to spread the word!

cheers,
