Happy Holidays + Shipping Update

2016 was a very exciting time for us and we couldn't have done it without all of you! After overcoming some unique manufacturing challenges, we received our very first production run during October and November and began fulfilling Rewards for over 700 of you. We also started selling via our own ecommerce site and set up a preliminary international shipping option. As with any new business, there are some kinks to work out but we look forward to growing and improving this coming year and wanted to take a moment to thank you all.
Many of you have received your Rewards or tracking information for those that have been shipped by our warehouse. US-based Rewards are being delivered via FedEx Smart Post, and international Rewards are being delivered via USPS and the local postal service in your country.
DONATED A BRA? We will be running a nomination-based giving campaign via our social media in 2017.
STILL WAITING ON YOUR REWARD? If you have not yet received tracking information or your Reward we are likely awaiting the address and size confirmation that was requested in October.
In order to close this campaign, we ask that you please recheck your size using our sizing calculator (link) and confirm your measurement/size and shipping address (phone number required by shippers) with us by emailing email@example.com no later than January 14th, 2017.
