About

Objective

Collect Reward cards to have the most points when the Reward deck is finally exhausted.

Story

The enemies of the throne have been vanquished! Victory is the new crown of our great society and the Triumphus is upon us.

There is only one catch: The Emperor, in a sophomoric fit of rage, has separated his Imperial Merriment Planner from his post--and his head.

This is your chance to either attain riches and acclaim beyond measure or wind up like the last poor soul.

The Emperor is holding trials for the new planner needed for our nation’s most important celebration.

You must bring your best food, wine, acrobats, decor, wine, offerings, and wine. Triumph over your competitors to win the favor of the high court and all the land.

Your life depends on it!

SETUP

Separate the two decks of cards between the Supply cards (brown backs) and the Reward cards (blue backs). Shuffle the decks and deal 5 Supply cards to each player, face-down. Reveal the top 5 Reward cards face-up in a community area for all players to see. Put the remainder of the two decks, separate, off to the side. The player to the left of the dealer takes the first turn. Continue clockwise.

GAMEPLAY

Players match the icons on their Supply cards to the icons on the face-up Reward cards to collect the points designated in the top right-hand corner. Matching Supply cards collects a Reward card. The player with the highest value of Reward cards wins the game.

You may perform 3 OPTIONAL actions during your turn. Each may be done only ONCE PER TURN and may be done in any ORDER:

1) Exchange Supplies: Take 0-3 cards from your hand, reveal them to all players, and discard them (face-up) into the discard pile, next to the Supply deck. Draw the same number of cards as were discarded.

2) Collect A Reward: Look through the Supply cards in your hand to see if you can match them with the icons on the Reward cards in the community area. If you match all the icons for one card, reveal the Supplies to all players and discard them. Take the Reward card into a personal play area, keeping it face-up, and replace it in the

community area with the top card of the Reward deck (if any remain).

3) Sell A Reward: There is a value (4-7) printed on a coin in the top right of all the Reward cards. Take one face-up Reward card you have collected and turn it face-down. Draw the same amount of Supply cards as the Reward card’s value (i.e. if you flip over a Reward card valued at 6, draw 6 Supply cards).

you may choose to pass on your turn.

ENDING YOUR TURN

Once the above actions are completed, you can end your turn. If you have more

than 10 Supply cards in your hand at the end of your turn, excess cards must be put

in the discard pile.

RUNNING OUT OF SUPPLY CARDS

If at any time you are required to draw Supply cards, but the deck is empty, shuffle the discard pile to create the new deck. Draw the remainder of your Supply cards.

ENDING THE GAME

Once all the 25 Reward cards have been collected, the game is over.

SCORING

Every face-up Reward card you’ve collected is worth the value printed on the coin

(4-7 points), while your face-down Reward cards are worth 1 point each.

If there is a tie, the player with the most Supply cards wins.
