Like all good bread, LoafNest bread is best eaten fresh. We normally use it for dinner on the first day and lunch the next day. If you want to store a loaf longer than that, it is best stored in the freezer in a sealed bag/box. You can thaw it in the bag/box or better even warm it in the oven for a few minutes.
Trivia: In our neighboring Belgium, while most stores are required to close on Sundays, bakeries are an exception because, you know, not eating fresh bread is not a thing in Belgium.
