As you know, travel can be hard for a million reasons. One major headache is the need to cart luggage up flights of stairs. Short of paying porters, there’s no good solution for this.
Enter TraxPack! It is a new kind of suitcase that deploys a track system, similar to a tank’s, to effortlessly roll up stairs.
TraxPack's mission is to make travel safe, secure, and smooth. When you combine the Track System along with many other incredible features you have the TraxPack 360 line of luggage, the game changer! With the help of some very talented people we have met and surpassed our goals for the initial prototype and created a product that solves the travel pitfalls of the past.
The Track System is the core of TraxPack Luggage and in itself provides unparalleled assistance in enhancing the travel experience. Combine that with all the integrated features and never complain about your luggage again!
Traxpack has Integrated LOW PROFILE, zero drag dual tracks built into the bag. With our patent pending track design our tracks utilize many parts that most luggage already have. By doing this our track design takes up practically no extra space inside your bag. At the same time it adds an unprecedented amount of functionality.

The tilting handle adds overall maneuverability. With these handles you decide how you get from point "A" to point "Z". Our handles give you full control over your luggage. You get to decide which way works best for you. You can use it like normal luggage or you can tilt the handle and join the revolution.
How many times have you made it to baggage check in on your return flight and found that your bag is overweight, yet you purchased nothing, and added nothing new to your bag. Overcome this issue with the built in luggage scale and be aware of your luggage weight before leaving home, or your hotel.
With the removable power packs you will always have power with you where and when you need it. Also for those that want to be a bit different we have multiple colors to choose from on our 13,800 mAh upgrade power packs. With our largest battery pack you can charge your phone up to 8 times, and still have enough charge left to use the built in LED flashlight to help you find your way in a dark room.
Baggage Position System allows you to track the location of your bag while the Proximity Sensor lets you know if your bag is near by.
We have taken the tilted handle and integrated a "mobile device stand" with it. This allows you to sit down and relax and use your media devices hands free.
Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure the Integrated media stand will come in handy, providing a hands free experience with your mobile device.
Although created for mobile devices, it can also be a place to put your laptop/tablet sleeve, while you're waiting to catch your flight.
TraxPack is a scientifically proven piece of engineering. It just didn’t happen overnight, rather with the help of Dr. Joe Kucherovsky it took a year to come up with the first working prototype.
Here’s what Dr. Kuch has to say about TraxPack.
Richard and I have been friends for a long time. He’s married to one of my best friends which is how we met. Back then we didn’t get together very often but when we did I always seemed to have just returned from a trip somewhere complaining about my luggage. It just didn’t make sense to me that the world around us changing so much but luggage hasn’t. I’ve been in IT for over 10 years and sometimes travel for work and Richard is a former Marine who now works in operations management. Though we come from 2 different worlds, we both have an entrepreneurial mindset. He loves to invent things and I always wanted to start a business. I saw his inventions come and go, and even end up in the market. It was sad really. I would shake my head each time it happened. I finally told Richard, the next time you come up with something, let me know. I may not have a lot of money but I will work my hardest to make it a success. On the flip side, Richard was a manager of a manufacturing company. He managed research and development as well as operations. This was a small company and when budgets got tight, Richard was laid off. This set things in motion for Traxpack. Richard decided to take a little idea he had in the back of his mind and bring it to life and he created the TraxPack proof of concept. It was an ugly thing but it did the job! Richard calls me and says, remember when you said…. Well I’ve invented something and I’d like you to see it…
Risks and challenges
Unfortunately, if you live long enough you will realize that there are risk in everything you do. That is true with TraxPack as well. Fortunately, we have taken a lot of time (more than we care to admit) to work out, predict, and prevent as many issues as possible. That is not to say that something might not still arise, but if it does, we have the experience to take care of it in an expedient manner.
We have a very talented team of consultants behind us. Dealing with everything from luggage manufacturing to having patents for Duracell batteries. With this team we are very confident that we have put together an extremely sound plan as to how to bring our vision to market, without all of the normal pitfalls that hinder new products coming to market.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
