Gerrit, Alex, Sergey, and Jdamianlapko, My apologies for taking such a long time to update you on this project! The film is definitely still alive and I will be returning to Alaska in September. However, I am afraid that the production process might take even longer than I expected when I wrote the previous update! I have been filming several individuals for three years now, and I think it might take a few more years to tell their stories adequately. I plan to send you another montage of the filmed footage by November at the latest. Please message me if you have any questions!
