  I do hope that taking all our money becomes a more expensive mistake for you than pledging money for your project was for me.
  I stopped pledging for new KS projects after this one went south.
  
  Unfortunately a company I do trust is about to add a new project here........I may try and see if I can support them directly rather than give KS any new money............

  Getting a refund is more difficult than you think. The card companies will not accept refund request after 3 months since the transaction date usually. You should stop supporting all the kickstarter projects immediately. If you tried to request a refund from Torquing Group Ltd. You may contact your bank and fill in the cardholder dispute form. You need to provide the evidence of this fraudulent transaction. The card department will investigate the case. It cannot guarantee that you can get a refund finally but it does increase your chance to get the refund. Good luck

  This is why I stopped backing any KS projects. I am just following the ones that I had already funded, wnen Zano failed. I wonder how much money KS has lost due to this in terms of backers that have stopped backing projects or people that heard about this and decided to not back projects.
