Since forming the band in 2013 we have performed across Scotland and Ireland, and have recorded a four-track EP. We have been working really hard on our music, gigging a lot, and this year we decided it was time to record our debut album.
In June we went into Carrier Waves Studio in Glasgow to record for two weeks. We have an excellent team with our engineer Keir Long and producer Innes Watson. In August we had extra dates for more recording. Mixing and mastering the album, photography, and design are all happening in the coming months.
We are really excited about the material on the album and can't wait until we're able to share it with you all. We have a real mix of songs from the traditional Scottish ballad The False Bride, new composition Princess Rosanna by Scottish singer-songwriter Findlay Napier, to Everybody Knows by Leonard Cohen. Guesting on the album is the fantastic Tia Files. Her percussion brings an extra sparkle to the album.
So far we have funded the album with our gig fees and some help from family. We really need your help to be able to finish the album so that we can release it in 2017. There are some fantastic rewards on offer for different size pledges so please do check them out, and tell your friends!
Thank you to everyone for your continued support.

Risks and challenges
Hopefully we won't encounter any set backs, however a common problem when recording is that things take a little longer than expected. We've hopefully accommodated for this by leaving sufficient time which will cover any possible delays.
We will keep everyone up to date with the progress of our album throughout the whole process.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
