We're gearing up to start shipping as soon as we get clearance this coming week, and we wanted to send out a survey to give a last chance to change your shipping address in case you have moved.
Please note that changing addresses in the registry is a very time consuming and error-prone manual process, so if you do not absolutely have to change your shipping address please refrain from doing so. There are only the two of us and the time we spend switching addresses is time lost in shipping out the Sunskis.
Here's a quick Q&A on whether you need to take the survey:
Q: I have moved to a new permanent location and have not emailed you about it, do I need to take the survey to change my address?
A: YES, take the survey!
Q: I have moved to a new permanent location and have already messaged you, but you did not reply to my email, do I need to take the survey?
A: YES! Take the survey!
Q: I have moved to a new permanent location, have already messaged you, and you confirmed my change. Survey time?
A: No! You don't need to take the survey.
Q: I am going to be on vacation for a few days over the holidays and won't be at my home, should I take the survey?
A: NO! Please do not take the survey, we cannot guarantee a ship date and don't want Sunskis going to a very temporary address that you may not be at. We are shipping via USPS so even if you are not at home your Sunskis will still get delivered to you!
Q: I am home from college for the rest of the month or vacationing in a different address for the rest of the month and I don't have access to my mail at the usual location, should I take the survey?
A: Yes, take the survey. We will be able to get the Sunskis to you as long as you are going to be there all month.
