All materials used are from sustainable sources and we are working with a UK printer registered with the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC), to reduce our environmental impact (Ivory Graphics Ltd).
Our card game has been tested by a range of people from a number of backgrounds and in various venues. Of course we tested with friends and family and to the game's credit even after playing this to death it remains a game that this 'team' want to play again and again. Beyond the 'inner circle' the game has been play tested at Games Clubs, local gaming groups and retail venues. It has also been demo'd at Table Top Scotland and of course debuted at The Glasgow Games Festival in Nov 2018.

Risks and challenges
While this is our first kickstarter we have been part of the community for years and have backed several games ourselves. We have spoken to both successful and unsuccessful kickstarter campaign owners (Bad Cat Games, Wreck & Ruin, Quirk, One Free Elephant) and have built up a sound understanding of the process, what works and the possible pitfalls.
Our approach is to offer a campaign where we have mitigated the risks involved in production to a minimum. We have kept production to a local manufacturer in the UK (close enough to visit) that we have spoken to and have built a relationship with over the past 6 months. We have produced a sample run of decks at production quality to touch and feel what you will receive (which is great!). This has also allowed us to check colouration of all printed material (again, it's great!).
Our artwork is more than 70% complete and we have agreements in place with the artist we are working with to complete all art by the end of November (earlier if we fund before the end of the campaign). In addition, we have a second artist who could support production if required.
Our stretch goals have been designed to avoid complications. Stretch goals relate to art work only and therefore will not impact production.
Game mechanics have been tested, tested and tested again. The game works. It delivers a varied, replayable and above all fun experience.
