About
What is Nameless?
An odd shooter about a felon attempting to redeem himself by being sent into a hotel to clear out a terrorist threat. Encounter weird people on your journey and rescue hostages from violent assailants performing questionable acts on them. A passion project made by one guy!
Use lethal and/or nonlethal weaponry to clear out a hotel full of terrorists. A game where there’s no “right” way to play (unless you’re ruthlessly murdering innocent people (...you know who you are...)).
Despite that, there are consequences, and the public and media will have...strong opinions about how you are approaching the problems you’re presented.
The game is influenced by Earthbound/Mother series, Deus Ex, Hotline miami.

Gameplay
A mix of freeform action and stealth gameplay, also throwing in the dynamic of Lethal and Non-lethal combat elements.

Want to switch guns on the fly? You can, you’re not forced to “live off the land” with only one weapon. What you have unlocked is what you can freely switch to mid-combat.

You are also granted the ability to cloak at will. Use it to sneak past enemies, move quickly, evade, or aggressively reposition yourself.

Melee take down your enemies quietly, or pull out a loud weapon and lure nearby enemies to you; the way you can clear each room out is up to you. There is no right way to play...or is there...
The...Team?
Director - Brandon Song
Hi, I'm Brandon. I have been creating games with Game Maker Since 2011. I developed a game called Frog Hop that I worked on for 4 years that got published on Steam successfully. I have partaken in several game Jams, winning several categories. My dream is to make games as a job, because for some reason I’m still crazy enough to be making them when I can’t figure out why.
You can find my games page here: www.tinywarriorgames.com
I do all the design, coding, art, animations, music, sounds...all of it…
It’s madness...
What platforms will it be on?
PC on Steam and itch.io
...who knows, maybe the vectrex and colecovision and atari 2600.
What are you using the money for?
-Publishing fees.
-Support myself to continue developing the game.
-Taxes and processing fees.
-Help with publicity of the game.
I am Debt Free, but that doesn’t mean I can just be jobless. I still work part time and still plan to stick with it. With Kickstarter, it helps lessen the extra time I have to invest searching for small jobs to make enough extra income to cover expenses.

Great
Yep
How else can I support this project?
Tell other people you know about this game, especially if they’re already fans of the Top Down Shooter Genre or the other games I mentioned that influenced this one.
And tell them to play the FREE PC DEMO
...tell them...my last dying wish….urgh *dies*...
Risks and challenges
Most of the technical issues have been surpassed, and the game overall has a proof of concept that is very promising and also very fun. It’s safe to say that the game jam prototype has already provided reliable results and positive response. The game engine already has a solid pipeline that should easily let me continue to focus on creating assets and gameplay content.
I am one guy, and I have had my own trials that I’ve learned from creating video games. It will always be a learning process, and it wouldn’t surprise me if certain features could take longer than planned or if time that is invested in certain assets were to be cut. A delay is probable, as I am not a veteran game developer, only an experienced one.
I have experienced the start, middle and end of what it takes to create a long term project beforehand. Assuming I have a means of revenue (especially if the goal were surpassed), I honestly believe that there is no reason this game can’t be completed given the experience and troubles that I’ve surpassed.
In terms of the games’ state, a lot of rooms have already been made and while most of them contain placeholder art, they are FULLY functional and can be interacted with. Despite that, there is still a lot of work left.
