Good question! Our goal with this film is to help people learn to love God practically. Especially children who have grown up in Christian homes.
The theme verse that is quoted several times in the film are the words of Jesus in Mark 12:30: "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, with all thy mind, and with all thy strength."
The name of Jesus is spoken several times throughout the film. The actual message of salvation is not stressed as much as believers demonstrating their love to God by their actions.
Here is one of Papa's lines:
"Loving with all of our strength means acting on our love. Jesus demonstrated this when He died on the cross- He intentionally chose to do something very difficult to show us His love. In return we can intentionally choose to do things to demonstrate our love toward Him."
