Post Apocalyptic Nick has been a joy to work on for the creative team: Tom Kurzanski, the artist. Christian Beranek, co-writer and myself, Tony DiGerolamo, co-writer. We've had so much fun with the twists and turns of the story.
Post Apocalyptic Nick: End of the World Edition will be a 60 page full color self contained graphic novel starring Nick Surrey, a hipster sales rep from New Jersey on a business trip in California. His marriage was on the verge of falling apart when suddenly his hotel collapsed and the world ended. Now he's trying to get cross country with practically no survival skills. Along the way he meets insane cops, radioactive zombies, strange truckers, legless strippers and mutant birds. The book is full of pop culture references to some of your favorite apocalyptic movies.
Post Apocalyptic Nick has loads of extras including new strips, character designs and behind-the-scenes look at how the story came to be. The 107 strip story is completely done and ready to go and that's where you come in! We need your help. We have listed to the right some great rewards. In addition to the book, buttons and a t-shirt we have included an Apocalypse Survival Pack! There's also an opportunity to discuss the process of making webcomics via a Skype conference with the team.
We have a vision of a sweet comic book, full of extras and awesome art, but we need your help! Christian is putting her amazing marketing skills to the test, Tom is churning out the art and I am just your humble website scribe keeping the posts going on The Webcomic Factory. This is our first KS project off the Webcomic Factory and we're psyched to make it happen. All we need is you!
And new incentives!
