Yes, you can still change your address. Try going to your list of backed projects, click on the “+” at the right side of this project, then click on “survey” in the box. My listing still has an “edit address” link and yours should, too. Hope this works for you.

Appearently "something" went wrong again and they are solving that now..

Thanks for the update. Request for more frequent updates, instead of just monthly. Could be for every milestone or certain job completed or even the first shipping. Doesn't need to be lengthy, simple and short but it would help to communicate better with backers. Keeping my fingers crossed that it would reach me by 1st week of August. Thank you again, and looking forward.
I'm super excited for this, but I do have some questions. Does external temperature causes any chance in how quickly the temperature drops? Also, how does it behave with cold drinks, like iced coffee?

@Ken: hey guys, we have sent our CTO to the manufacturer again and we have collected some important feedbacks. The T1 sample is on our hand now and we did some adjustments accordingly. The timeline have some changes but we are very close! A full long update will be post very soon! : D

IMO, please take more time and finish the product as promised. there is nothing worse than receiving a product that doesn't have the features promised. I received 2 products this month that had half the cool tuff scrapped, and it was a waste of money, I might as well throw it away.
Creator has gone quiet. My longest wait is 12 months with the Cold Shoulder, let see how long I've to wait for this.
Is there any way that I can cancel my pledge? I am going to be changing countries in the next few months, and I am starting to believe that I will move before the mug is manufactured.

I think we should reasonably expect the Mug to start delivery in June at the earliest.
Based on the latest update, the whole manufacturing process is being push back to Mid May. They would need time to assemble the final product and quality control on them.
Then the goods have to be shipped to fulfilment house for shipping to us.
The estimated delivery date of this project is April, so if they can ship by June, it is not that bad.
So be patient and check back at the end of May.

The update says it’s pushed back a month, so is that a month from now or a month from the already delayed delivery date? Instead of saying it’s pushed back a month, can we have a new date?
We have a manufacturing update coming out soon. It's been on hold the last few days because of some sudden news we are verifying with the manufacturer.

Now that March is coming to an end, another brief update on the status of the project would be helpful.
From the update yesterday it looks like they won't get shipped out until April.

Sorry for the lack of updates! There hasn't been much to report lately as things have been slow with the Chinese Spring Festival essentially shutting down the factories in the middle of our mold manufacturing.
