Cooking every weekend with his mother to the recipes of Julia Child transitioned into cooking in local restaurants in high school. Vincent's long and varied carreer in food spans three continents and over 25 restaurants, but it all comes back to Whidbey.
Tyla grew up in Maine with the love of local seafood. She subsequently moved out west and worked in some great restaurants in San Francisco and Napa Valley...
