Yes, it's true! Amie showed me the 10 completed levels of Sharks in the Park yesterday and it looks pretty flash!

So next week we will start with some serious testing to see what feedback we get and what bugs we will find before pushing it out.

Thanks to Pokemon Go we have had some serious media coverage and now the world seems to have woken up to what Augmented Reality is. We are pretty thrilled about that and Pokemon Go has been great market validation for us. We also saw a huge spike in downloads when Pokemon Go came out and got praised for being the New Zealand native and safer version of Pokemon Go for kids.

Have a look at all the articles people have written about us!!media-coverage/yxmgy

You may have read our posts about Magical Park, which is a geofenced game which can only be played in council parks. Geofenced means that the game is restricted to a specific area. Magical Park has got different content than Sharks in the Park and we have by now 13 parks activated in the Greater Wellington Region and Auckland. Families have been posting pictures of their kids with dinosaurs and we love the feedback!

The trial will finish in September and by then we will have enough data to get a good idea how successful Magical Park is. But we can already say that we have seen a massive increase of visitors driven by parents looking for a safe Augmented Reality world for their kids to play in.
