Over the past six months we have been hard at work in the studio trying to get our debut album, Truman, ready for the fans. We have been writing these songs for over a year, and have been playing many shows to polish our sound. Every show is another opportunity for us to share our music. The next big step is getting our music known outside of our hometown, and by making an album, we can do just that.
Now that we are in the middle of the recording process, we need a little bit of help from you, the fans, in order to make the best album we can make. Being a band made up of three high school students and a college student, we don't have the means necessary to fund this project. However, we are not looking for donations, we are looking for investments. We want you to be apart of Truman.
We have added up the total costs to make an album, which ends up being around $1,500. This includes recording time, sound engineering, producing and mastering, as well as the promotion of the album after it is all done.
Whether you choose to donate $10 or $100, you are still contributing to the making of Truman, and we appreciate every investment. With every dollar raised, we are one step closer to releasing our album.
Thank you so much for the support you have showed us over the past year. We are so excited to share this record with you.
