Why buy one now and not wait until the Link is on the market?
The Link's MSRP is $49.95 plus shipping, while on Kickstarter we are offering our early pledgers the Link for just $30 including free shipping, and the later pledgers the unit for $35 including free shipping.
How is the Link better than its competition?
Almost all other Bluetooth adapters and receivers on the market are big and bulky, and they all have to be connected to a power source (USB or an outlet). The Link, however, is small enough to fit on your keychain and it has a rechargeable lithium ion battery that runs for upto 25 hours on a single charge. The Link's versatility, portability, and sleek design differentiate it from other adapters on the market.
We were tired of wires constraining people's ability to listen to music - whether you had to plug your iPod into a speaker system and keep it there, or whether you couldn't move around because your headphones were plugged into your computer.
There are so many instances where you can get rid of wires with the Link: in your car's audio system, the speakers on your desk at home, your home theatre system, your big speakers, your portable speakers - the list goes on.
For some reason we don’t understand, wireless speakers are 150-400% more expensive than their wired counterparts. So with our mission in mind, our team set out to create a product that would eliminate all wires in your music listening experience. It was after all this frustration that we knew we had to make a product that would eliminate all wires. It would have to make any speaker system wireless—sound systems, computers, and even car stereo systems.
We knew it would have to be small, portable, sleek, rechargeable, and cost-effective. We knew it would have to be easy to use, and we knew it would have to carry great sound quality.
After many months of designing, prototyping, testing, changing, improving, producing and finalizing - we finally have our market-ready prototype and we’re ready to start cutting some wires.

Risks and challenges
We currently have a functional prototype, and everything is already lined up with an outsourced production manufacturer known for high quality audio production capabilities.
The only obstacle between us and production is our campaign goal of $50,000 to finance the fixed costs associated with a new production line. We will then need to receive production prototypes, test them, and sample different Bluetooth modules in order to ensure that every backer gets the highest quality wireless audio experience.
$50,000 is a conservative campaign goal, and it leaves excess budget to really refine the product with enough money leftover to manufacture the necessary quantity plus a surplus. We have no doubt that we will get this done - it will be a lot of work and a lot of time but we will fulfill every order before the holiday season.
We'd like to thank everyone in advance for taking a risk by pledging, and believing in us and the product.
Together, we can really revolutionize the way we listen to music.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
