Well, we made it! And not just to our Kickstarter goal, to OPENING NIGHT!

Thank you for all of your wonderful and generous support! We're so excited to share with you our first review, from LA Times (we couldn't be happier)!

Last day to contribute!

Good morning folks!

What a great day: it's beautiful in sunny Los Angeles, we're continuing an on-schedule and exciting load in to our space, and we've already made our goal! We have 12 hours left if you'd like to share with your friends.

And something else to share is our postcard, which hits the streets today... take a look!

WOW! We are over the moon! Thank you so much to each and every backer for your support (we're talking to you, yes, YOU)! We could not produce this amazing work without your support.

We will continue to update you with fun photos and developments during the next few days!

It's that time folks...

...where we send you an update everyday because we have just THREE days left to meet our goal! We're almost there, so keep spreading the good word!

When we're not incessantly checking Kickstarter, we're quite busy rehearsing and building Crescent City. Here are some great photos of yesterday!

Return of the Queen!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your support means the world to us!

Some exciting news to share... Gwendolyn Brown has joined us from Chicago, arriving yesterday in LA! She is creating the role of Marie Laveau, the fabled voodoo queen. When she arrived at the space she said "Oh my God." After she finally soaked it all in, she sang a few notes that reverberated gorgeously throughout the hall!

Exciting things like this are happening every day in the world of Crescent City! Help us make this really come true by sharing this update with your friends and family. We have four days to raise $4,000!
