The fitness journal makes it possible for everyone to track results at the gym and be more effective!
What is it all about?
Starting with some motivational essentials the fitness journal guides you to the first body measurement table. Just write down your current numbers, your workout goals and what do you want to achieve.
- Up to 50 trainings sessions. Each session consists of 2 parts - cardio and weight exercises.
- Sections for your current body measurements, goals and intermediate tables (every 15 trainings sessions) help to visualise your progress and keep you motivated.
- Place for photos "before" and "after".
- Some cool quotes about motivation and discipline.
Design of the fitness journal was developed by our talented colleague Alena Berezina. Following minimalistic aesthetics, we’ve created a product that is high-functional but yet beautiful.
A smooth texture of a hard cover, a perfect a5 size, eco Swedish paper and even a pen ribbon makes the fitness journal a perfect accessory for both men and women, who train at the gym regularly.
We decided to choose such colours like dark space grey and noble gold.
But hey! If we get lots of support from you guys, we can consider adding some other colors like purple or shiny beige.
Functionality and...fitness trainers.
Following advices of fitness trainers we have included all the sections you might need while logging your workout results. Everyone follows his own trainings plan and we don't want people to feel restricted.
Every trainings section includes space for 3 cardio exercises and 10 weight exercises. It was decided to make 6 reps for each of weight exercises. Enough free space inside makes it possible to make the fitness journal a great tool for any type of trainings session at the gym.

We’ve been working with a printing house in Kyiv, Ukraine for a year already. The established relationship with the manufactory ensures the fulflilment of the order in time.
Why using the fitness journal, and not an app?
Using a phone during trainings session doesn’t just make you ineffective, it makes it much easier for you to get injured. You can easily lose you balance and concentration!
Moreover, even the scientists have proved, that people using a smartphone, train less intensively, in comparison to those, who just listen to music while working out or don’t use a phone at all.

Risks and challenges
We have an established relationship with the manufactory in Kyiv, so everything is supposed to be produced in time!
One of the challenges that we can face is the shipment. Of course, all of you will get a personalised email with your individual tracking number.
Nevertheless, post sucks sometimes and packages got lost :( We will do our best in order to ensure fast delivery.
