James M Carillo, I had the same problem as you. I just happened to send a message on here right before an update and was told I was all set about 2 weeks before the show. I drove 9 hours to the venue, which was the closest show and didn't hear anything until a few hours before the show telling me to show up an hour early and my passes would be there. When I got there, there was already a line out the door. Red fans were able to buy the same pass for 18 extra dollars and were told to be there a half hour earlier than me. The pass was only for a 15 minute Q&A at a seperate stage with Red and TFK. Then the front row seats were actually stand in a gym behind the 100 or so Red fans who were already there tickets. I guess I'm just trying to say you eally didn't miss much. I'm sure that this is not what the band planned on happening and as their comment above says, I'm sure they will fix it. Its their first time doing this and we just need to be patient and thankful that they allowed us to be a part of this album. Hopefully all these complications won't deter them from allowing us this opportunity in the future.

Thank you, TFK. We're incredibly excited to hear your music - legally - and hold the physical album. God bless you.

We hear you! We are addressing all asap. It was not our intention for the album to leak as it did. All of you will get the digital album by no later than April 10th as promised. The pre-sells taking place at retail right now are just that--kind of like reserving your copy, buying it early--- but will not be delivered until the street date of 4-17. All of you will have by April 10th. Some of the mistakes here should not have happened and we are addressing quickly. All of you will be taken care of we promise! We are working on all the packages you supported us with. You are the most important fans we have. Sorry for the lack of communication. Another update to come shortly. Thank you all for your patience.

That's a little disappointing that the album got leaked and we haven't gotten our digital download. James sounds like you really got the short end of the stick but I hope everyone keeps in mind that this is a new experiment in delivering content for TFK and I for one didn't expect it to go perfect. Most of the projects I've supported on KS have had their issues. I just hope the band realizes that the community of people that supported this are the most direct contact they will have with their buying public and those aren't relationships you want to take for granted... The fact that there haven't really been any voice from the band on the comment boards here is not a good thing. TFK if you are listening (reading), hire a marketing guy at least (heck, give me a call). You can cut out the middle man but there are still parts of the process that you need to pay attention to.

For 750.00 I have been promised
      14 Backers • Limited Reward (16 of 30 remaining)

YOUR NAME in the album packaging as a special "Thank You" + 2 VIP backstage passes to show of your choice during Spring tour + 2 front row seats + 2 songs before 1/7/2012 + 2 CDs at the show + 2 Exclusive T-shirts + 2 Signed Limited Edition Posters + 2 TFK bracelets + 2 Live at the Masquerade CD/DVDs

To date.... I received 2 songs before 1/7/2012 PERIOD.... My 2 VIP backstage passes to show of your choice during Spring tour + 2 front row seats NEVER CAME.... the show has come and gone. I replied to Tim's requests and still received NOTHING. Sorely disappointed and a bit angered. I should have just given the money to Trevor directly. Do I need to spread the word on this? Or will someone finally contact me and make this up? Please reply!

The whole album got leaked. It's available for download already albeit not in a strictly legal way. Although Trevor doesn't seem to care about the sort of stuff too terribly much, I urge you to pay for it if you're going to listen to it :P He did say that if you want the old Oddball stuff it's all yours if you can get your hands on it.

    11. Craig Jackson on March 19, 2012

How early can I expect the early digital download? I ran into some college kids yesterday that already had the whole album. What's up with that?

    12. JJ Mahoney on March 19, 2012

They'll send an email out that will ask for shipping addresses. I've done quite a few Kickstarters for bands and they always do. I actually came to the page to check if TFK has done it. I don't think they have yet. They'll ask for your address before sending the CDs.

I don't recall providing my shipping address either, how do we do that?

    14. Sarah Brown on March 19, 2012

I'm moving. How and where can I change my address?

    15. Susie VL Guille on March 18, 2012

Shawn - You should have sent a batch of CDs with Trevor on the tour, so they could get a head-start on signing them for us. Especially since they were stuck in Denver today, unable to make the NM show. Something to help pass the time! :-(

Guys, if you look at your pledge on the right of this page, there's a link that says "your response". If you click that you can change your shipping address and such. Can't wait to hear from TFK :) The new album sounds awesome!

I'm in the same boat I am moving at the end of the month. How would I go about updating the mailing address for my CD? Thanks!

    19. theoddsoul on March 18, 2012

Yeah, who do we email our info to, to get our cds, records, etc...

    20. Ryan Szrama on March 18, 2012

Hmm, I can't remember if I've already given you a shipping address or not, and I can't find any indication of it on Kickstarter. If I have... I've moved! Would love to be able to make sure the CD comes to the right house. : )
