Your rewards will be shipped from our Chicago location and will be sent via ground service using USPS, UPS, DHL FedEx or UPS depending on the dimension and weight of the package.
INTERNATIONAL (Excluding Singapore):
Non-US orders will ship from our fulfillment centers in Chicago, Hong Kong and the Netherlands. To save our backers duties and taxes, our team is going to import all EU rewards first so you do not have to pay extra or worry about delays at customs.
Singapore: We have partnered with We The People to arrange for you to be able to conveniently pick up your reward from their SIngapore store. We will provide you with all the details you need once your reward is ready.
Duties and Taxes: Won't require taxes or duties in EU (UK as well, but with Brexit this may be subject to change) and HK. (other countries may have applicable duties/taxes, please check with your customs office for specific details. Customer is responsible for all applicable Taxes)
2. Will arrive quickly and not get held up in customs.
3. May have tracking, but may not guaranteed (depending on the particular post service, of which there are too many used to name). For EU and Asian backers, Royal Mail International or Hong Kong Post will be used most commonly.
Note that we cannot alter the value of your rewards on customs declarations - the value will be declared as the total value of the items contained in the shipment.
