      I saw the notice in the last update about survey issues. At my level, I saw no survey link,
      and received no survey request by email. Perhaps there isn't one for the HHG?

      You will start to receive invites to events and surveys and all sorts of fun stuff very soon!

      @David - as Tara said, totally possible to gift a membership! :-) Just pledge at the membership level you want to gift, and then once the Kickstarter is over, we will email everyone asking them if they will personally be using their membership, if they have someone specific they would like to gift it to, or if they would like us to find a deserving young maker or a maker family to gift it to. Thank you so much for your support! :-)

      @David - Yes indeed!

      Hey - is it possible to "gift" a membership? Could I somehow add my membership to some sort of pool to allow a needing kid to use?

    10. Creator Tara Tiger Brown on December 17, 2012

      Get ready! A new update and awesome new reward are being added very soon!

      @James Dec -
      First off, you are awesome. Thanks for backing LA Makerspace!
      1) We will be identifying maker teenagers in LA that you can gift your pass to. Or if you have a family or friend in LA you are welcome to gift it to them.
      2) Yes, we can do that.

    12. Creator Jaymes Dec on December 7, 2012

      Thanks for being so awesome and inspiring! Two questions:

      I pledged at the Annual Student Pass level, but I live in NYC. If I want to donate my pass to a maker teenager in LA who might not be able to afford it otherwise, any ideas on how I could find such a person?

      If I increase my pledge to $200, can I also get the Google Hangout consultation?
