Dear Backers,

We recently started sending out the Mr. Plastimime and Back Catalogue DVDs. Unfortunately, we have realised some of the Back Catalogue DVDs were missing from the boxes and those that have received a disc, have informed us the audio on Flatworld cuts out after 5 minutes.

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.

We have fixed the problem on the Back Catalogue master and will send out replacement discs as soon as possible.

If any fans that have received the back catclogue disc would be happy to receive a downloadable replacement, please contact us as this will help keep our costs down.

We can send a link to download the full film, or, a link to download a disc image from which you will be able to burn a DVD. You can contact us via Kickstarter or direct at -

Thanks again for your support and patience!

Thanks for the replacement disc that arrived today.
unfortunately the apologetic post it note that was attached is of immense strength that it removed/torn the disc label!
What on earth possessed you to use these things. I'm stuck now with a silent perfect looking disc and one which plays (correctly) with a disfigured label.
Has anyone else suffered from this or was I the only one to get the post it note from hell?

Never mind, were only human! The films are amazing though! So I ain't upset or anything.

Well done for the films though. There's rarely you can see such rawness and dedication put into each film :D
