As previously mentioned we got our license for USDA inspection back on May 1st which means I could then start applying for approval for our various labels and recipes. This weekend I updated most of our labels to USDA which is one more step towards being able to ship out packages, particularly for our sausages. We also have several bonus items like our Dry Rub Maple Uncured Bacon, Salt Pork, Porchetta Sausage and such that we'll be including in meat packages as extra bonuses.       Hi Mike, yes, we've completed virtually all of the Vermont packages to Kickstarter backers and have been working on out of state backer's packages. In fact, I just received in more shipping boxes from ULine - a great source of packaging material that I've used for decades.
