In an age of flimsy furniture & mass-production, we simply want long-lasting home items made from honest materials. So we've decided to share something with you that’s never been done before on Crowdfunding: a continuous Livestream of pure craftsmanship, which begins with the masterpieces of Alejandro Sticotti.
Alejandro Sticotti is an award-winning architect and designer from Argentina who seeks to make the best versions of essential home objects. His designs and values are deeply rooted in a love for clean lines, raw finishes, and the use of authentic materials.
The Sticotti Workshop specializes in the responsible production of high quality furniture made from solid wood in the busy Palermo neighborhood in Argentina. Sticotti's insistence on manual, artisan work is what sets them apart, amassing worldwide recognition by the likes of Monocle, Design Within Reach, Elle Decor, Living Magazine, and Dwell.
Wood’s warmth and beauty work wonders for creating a sense of balance and calm within a space. It is an ancient, noble, living material that we have the privilege to live with and enjoy. The Sticotti workshop uses only certified woods that come from responsibly managed South American forests. This practice enables people to continue using wooden products without causing forest destruction.
Petiribi wood, known for its beautiful grain and strength, gives warmth and elegance in the crafting of the Sticotti Shelving System. The fabrication of the Coat Rack is centered around the use of Lapacho wood, an extremely dense and strong wood, which is also very rare.

A transparent manufacturing process is part of our core values as a company, it is why we live-stream the making of each object. We want to show and share with you exactly how the things your order from us are being made.
Fortunately, we have a team of experienced wood designers and carpenters working on this project full time to make sure the orders are fulfilled on time and with the highest level of quality.
We respect nature's resources and we are very conscious about the time and skills that are necessary to make our products. This is why all the available rewards are limited in quantity.
Shipping a container of items from Argentina to the rest of the world is a challenging task, however we have done this successfully before. We are confident that we have found and are working with the right vendors to help us continue to succeed.
Our team members have participated in numerous Crowdfunding Campaigns in the past, and fortunately they were all funded and fulfilled. This is not our first rodeo, and it is also not our last. So rest assured, we plan to make each one of our backers happy and proud to own the Sticotti Shelving System and Coatrack—for many years to come!
