Hope you’re all doing well! We just wanted to say hello and thank you again, and give an update on everything from our side.

SHIPPING

All orders to the US and Canada have been shipped! We can also confirm all international orders will ship in March. Yay! 

When we shipped out the first batch of furniture last year, backers reported that many of those parcels arrived with damage and/or missing pieces due to improper handling and packaging, both of which were out of our control. Thanks to the backers who brought this to our attention, we were able to stop shipping before any more pieces went out in subpar condition. We had to regroup to ensure that you receive your items in a state that fits our high standards of quality. For the past few months, we have been working on changing our warehouse, realocate the stock and take the necessary measures so this doesn’t happen again. We are now ready to go!

DON’T MISS SARMIENTO ON KICKSTARTER 

We’d also like to tell you about a second campaign we launched earlier this year. With the production waste from the Sticotti pieces, we teamed up with sisters and designer geniuses Alejandra and Teresa Sarmiento, two passionate creatives who make stunning objects out of recycled wood. Now, they are using the leftover wood from the Sticotti production to create a beautiful collection featuring three unique wooden objects: A Tic Tac Toe set, a desk calendar, and a set of wooden ABC blocks – all handmade with no artificial finishes and zero waste.

LAST MINUTE NEWS: All COATRACKS are on their way so you should be receiving starting today till the end of the week!!!

Bookshelf orders are being processed and will ship early next week!

Our first shipment from Argentina got to the warehouse in Philadelphia!

They are now processing all the information and getting ready to ship. In order to organize all the shipments we will start by sending out all coatracks. Once this is finished we start sending out the bookshelves.

Coatracks will start shipping Wednesday, Nov 9th, and will arrive at the destination in a time frame of 2-5 business days for US orders and 10-15 days for international orders.

Bookshelves will start shipping Monday Nov 14th and will arrive at the destination in a time frame of 2-5 business days for US orders and 10-15 for international orders.

Stay tuned for your tracking number...the MASTERPIECES are finally getting where they belong :)

BACKERS!

Our shipment is now traveling from US customs to the Philadelphia warehouse and expected to arrive next Tuesday. So that week we will start shipping to everyone and backers should expect to receive their orders first and second week of November.

In the meantime this week we visited the warehouse in Philly to check that everything was running smoothly for our landing. See photos of their amazing operations

Hello Backers!

As scheduled, the first Sudacas shipment got to the US. We are SO excited! 

It is now on its way to our main warehouse in Philadelphia and it will start shipping from there to all of you very soon. If there was an address change since you responded to the survey please send us an email to hola@sudacas.com with the updated address.

And finally, for those in New York, if you want to see our bookshelves and coat rack come to live please join us at BEAM's Pop-Up Launch Party in Brooklyn on October 13th at 7pm where you will be able to see the Sticotti MASTERPIECES. Light bites and cocktails will be served.
