After such a long wait I was really looking forward to your product, but at unboxing, I had the underwhelming surprise to discover that the boards of the shelf are not solid wood but plain MDF covered with veneer. That's a bit of a let down, as I thought that at this price the shelves would be made of solid wood. You clearly could have been more explicit in the campaign! it's even more striking as the shelves veneer and the solid wood it attaches to are of completely different colors. Too bad as the design is indeed very nice.

I got my shelf kit, but one of the pieces - the cedar desk shelf - arrived broken. I sent and email to hola@sudacas.com last Friday, November 25th requesting a replacement, but haven't yet heard back. Can someone please advise on how to get the desk shelf replaced?
